About Stichting Spectrum
We started with beer. Our purpose is much bigger.
Spectrum began with a practical idea: create real, valued work for autistic adults and build the right support around it.
Our story
One project showed what was possible.
Spectrum Bier started as a small brewing project. It created opportunities to learn skills, build confidence and take part in meaningful paid work.
That experience became the foundation for Stichting Spectrum. Today, our purpose reaches beyond brewing. We work with autistic jobseekers, families and employers to help create employment that fits the person and lasts.
We are based in Amsterdam and work with people and organisations across the Netherlands.
